- All of the staff undertake yearly updates of legislative training such as First Aid, Manual Handling and Fire. Challenging and varied training programme.
- All staff have a period of induction training upon joining the team.
- On-going professional development as denoted by the Skills for Care Council.
- Most members of staff have either finished or are actively pursuing SVQs at either Level 2 or 3.

part-time registered nurse
We have an opportunity for a registered general nurse to join our care team. You will be responsible for maintaining person centred care for our residents, keeping care plans up to date and supporting care staff to provide quality care to our residents. You will also liaise with other healthcare professionals and families, and assist with provision of palliative and end of life care.
Ideal for someone with family responsibilites or someone wishing to reduce hours and but continue to contribute to enhancing quality of life for care home residents.
18 - 21 hours, three days a week on a seven day rotation. In addition some on call is expected.
£19.07/hour, plus £2/hr on weekends and additional element for on call commitment.
